Plum Chicken

We had an old standby for dinner tonight — Baked Chicken with Plum Sauce. I used a plum butter that I found in the Euro Deli in Sedona a few weeks back.

The plums look pretty, but unfortunately they weren’t ripe. I bought them from TJ’s and let them ripen for a week, but I still found them too sour and had to pick them out. The plum butter sauce was delicious though!
